Ecolabels are signs of excellence, guaranteeing high standards in terms of limiting the impact of products and services on the environment and health, while maintaining their level of performance.

Ecolabels are a guarantee of seriousness for consumers, and assess us on the basis of :

- precise criteria and thresholds, for limiting the environmental impact and performance of products used in rooms, or for cleaning, for example ...

- Criteria drawn up in consultation with manufacturers, distributors and environmental and consumer protection associations,

- regular review of the criteria and certification by an independent body.

A regional brand to enhance Brittany's appeal

It is designed to make the region more visible and attractive, by enhancing and modernising its image. It conveys the image of a Brittany that is modern, innovative, creative and committed to meeting the challenges of responsible and sustainable development.

Mr.Goodfish is a European programme designed to raise public and professional awareness of the sustainable consumption of seafood. It was initiated by three of Europe's leading aquariums (Acquario di Genova in Italy, Aquarium Finisterrae in Spain and Nausicaá - Centre National de la Mer, in France).

Raising awareness of the vital role played by the ocean in our daily lives, informing the general public about the state of the oceans, explaining the complexity of maritime issues, raising awareness of sustainable policies and involving people in their consumption habits, and motivating people to adopt responsible behaviour in favour of the marine environment - these have been the priorities of the World Ocean Network since its creation in 2002.
